“Vault of Foreseen Incentives Gift Receipt-Based Purchase Program”
This is a guaranteed promotional gift-with-purchase program fan-based incentive program. This program is not a sweepstakes, contest, or game of chance. A qualifying commercial pre-order purchase is strictly required to participate. There is no alternative “no purchase necessary” entry method provided.
- GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation in the Vault of Foreseen Incentives Gift Receipt-Based Purchase Program (“Program”) operated by Pirateaba, LLC (“Company”). By submitting a claim under this Program, participants agree to be bound by these Terms. This Program is open to residents worldwide, however all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. This Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. It is void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. By participating, the participant assumes all responsibility for ensuring that entry into this Program is legal under the laws of their country of residence. The Company assumes no liability for participants who enter in jurisdictions where this Program is restricted or unlawful.
- PROGRAM PERIOD
Qualifying pre-order purchases must have been made between March 27th, 2026, and August 10, 2026 (“Program Period”). All receipt claims must be submitted online between June 15, 2026, and no later than August 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (“Submission Deadline”), after which the Program will close regardless of remaining gift inventory. Receipts submitted outside of the Submission Deadline will not be eligible.
- ELIGIBILITY
This Program is open to individuals worldwide who are of the age of majority in their country or region of residence. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time during the Program.
- HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To qualify for a gift under this Program, participants must:
- Pre-order the qualifying book: the paperback edition of “The Wandering Inn Book One, Part One” (“Book”), during the Program Period from an authorized retailer. For the avoidance of doubt, this Program does not apply to the purchase of an eBook and/or an audiobook of the Book;
- Retain your original proof of purchase (receipt) of the Book;
- Visit The Wandering Inn Pre-order rewards and complete the claim form by uploading a clear image or scan of your qualifying Book receipt; and
- Ensure the claim is submitted on or before the Submission Deadline.
A qualifying purchase of the Book is a condition of participation. Participants who complete all required steps and meet all eligibility requirements will be sent link or code to the email provided to order the applicable gift, while supplies last, subject to availability and pursuant to the Terms set out herein.
- SUBMISSION LIMITS & HOUSEHOLD RESTRICTION
Only one (1) submission per receipt. Each qualifying pre-order purchase entitles the participant to one (1) gift. The Company reserves the right to disqualify duplicate submissions or submissions it determines in its sole discretion to originate from the same participant. Bulk submissions, duplicate submissions, automated entries, or third-party submissions will be disqualified
- GIFT FULFILLMENT & VALIDATION
Following receipt of a submission, the Company will validate the submission within fourteen (14) business days after your receipt upload to verify the authenticity of the pre-order purchase. Upon successful validation by the Company, the Company will process, email the participant a link or code to order the gift, and will dispatch the applicable gift within sixty (60) business days from the close of the Program. Once the gift is dispatched from Company, delivery may take up to an additional two (2) to six (6) weeks depending on the participant’s location, as international shipping can vary drastically by country. The recipient is solely responsible for paying any and all local customs duties, import taxes, or regional processing fees required by their home country, if applicable. The Company will contact participants via the email address provided at submission if additional information is required to complete validation. The Company reserves the right to request the original proof of purchase for verification purposes. Participants who meet all requirements, submit their claim with receipts before the Submission Deadline, have their submission validated by the Company, and place their order through the online store using the link or code provided within thirty (30) days of receiving it, will be sent the applicable gift, subject to the While Supplies Last provision in Section 7.
- WHILE SUPPLIES LAST
All gifts are offered while supplies last. The Company makes no guarantee as to the availability of any specific gift item beyond the assurance that validated submissions will be fulfilled in the order they are received until available inventory is exhausted. If a participant receives an email with the gift link and does not complete the online order instructions contained within the email for the gift, participants will forfeit their gift, and Company will not be responsible to fulfill the gift order. In the event a gift becomes unavailable, the Company reserves the right to substitute a gift without notice, at the Company’s sole discretion. The gifts have no monetary value and are not required to match any gift at any tier, and no gift requires an autograph from Pirateaba. The Program closes in its entirety on Submission Deadline, regardless of remaining inventory, if any. (collectively “While Supplies Last”)
- COMMUNITY-BASED MILESTONES AND INVENTORY CAPS
This Program is a fan-based incentive structure, whereby the participants will self-report on the form provided Pre-Order Gift Claim Form, and submit their receipts so that the collective number of self-reported pre-ordered Book purchases, not the global sales of the Book, will open more incentives and higher reward tiers which will unlock additional gifts for all qualifying participants who have opted into the Program. The tier unlocks are determined solely by the Company based on verified qualifying purchases.
Once a tier is unlocked, eligible participants will be eligible to order bundled gifts once they receive an email from the Company and complete their online order, subject to the While Supplies Last provision in Section 7.

The Company makes no guarantee that any specific tier will be unlocked during the Program Period. Company reserves the right at their sole discretion to adjust tiers based on the review of the self-reported submissions at any time during the Program,
For clarity, the 100,000 pre-ordered tier described on the website represents a potential future opportunity only and does not form part of the guaranteed benefits described in Section 6 of Terms.
In the event that the 100,000 pre-ordered Book purchase threshold is reached during the Program Period, the gift associated with this tier (“High-Tier Gift”) shall not be governed by these Terms. Instead, fulfillment of the High-Tier Gift shall be subject to a separate program, agreement, and/or event to be established by the Company at its sole discretion, which may include additional eligibility requirements, restrictions, terms and conditions, and legal disclosures as determined necessary by the Company.
The Company will announce details of the High-Tier Gift program, including its terms, eligibility criteria, and timeline, via the email provided to Company, following verification that the 100,000 tier threshold has actually been reached.
Participants acknowledge that:
Unlocking the 100,000 per-ordered tier does not constitute an automatic entitlement to the High-Tier Gift under these Terms.
The High-Tier Gift program may be subject to a separate submission process, separate deadlines, and separate eligibility verification.
The Company reserves the right to determine the form, value, structure, and availability of the High-Tier Gift in its sole discretion.
The Company reserves the right to delay, modify, or restructure the High-Tier Gift program as required to comply with applicable laws in any jurisdiction.
The Company makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that the 100,000 per-ordered tier threshold will be reached, or that the High-Tier Gift program will be implemented even if it is reached.
- CONSENT TO MARKETING & PRIVACY
By submitting a claim under this Program, participants expressly consent to the following:
The Company may collect, store, and use the personal information provided at submission, including but not limited to name, email address, and mailing address, for the purposes of gift fulfillment, Program administration and updates, and future marketing communications including newsletters, product updates, and promotional offers. Participants may withdraw their consent to marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link contained in any email communication or by contacting the Company at [email protected]. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the Company’s right to retain information necessary for Program administration and fulfillment purposes. The Company’s collection and use of personal information is governed by its Privacy Policy, available at: Privacy policy – The Wandering Inn Store. By participating, you confirm you have read and agree to the Company’s Privacy Policy.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Program at any time without notice, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Company’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Program. The Company’s decisions regarding all aspects of this Program are final and binding. Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other substitute except at the Company’s sole discretion. The Company is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible submissions. The Company is not responsible for; the failure of a participant to collect their gift by ordering it from the online store; delivery failures resulting from incorrect address information provided by participants; or lost or stolen items that may have been delivered to participants by third-parties delivery services.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicate law, the Company, including its affiliates and licensors, will not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, and any damages for loss of profits, savings, goodwill or other intangible losses, or disappointment suffered by any participant in connection with this Program or the receipt or use of any gift, regardless of whether the Company had been advised of or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with: (a) the use, inability to use or performance of any of the services of Company sites; (b) any unauthorized access to or modification to any of your content or transmissions; or (c) any other matter relating to the Company’s or Program. Nothing in these Terms shall limit the Company’s liability for fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New Mexico.
